There isn’t a typical day, but all my tasks meet 2 main goals: ensuring that my clients’ needs are met and that Expleo continues to provide the high-quality service we want to be famous for. Tasks could include.
- Client Management: Working with a client to scope out a piece of work that they want to do
- Team Management: Helping a team member who is struggling with something in their home life”

Which Expleo projects/initiatives you worked on at Expleo are you the most proud of?
My career highlight is relatively recent. We scaled the services for one of my clients from 12 consultants to over 100 consultants within 6 months. This was a real challenge and it was great to be able to pull the different parts of our organisation together and build an engine that supported this phenomenal growth
