Expleo will deliver £1m cost savings by automating a repetitive manual process impacting the design stage of a critical project. Our team is also setting up a centralised dashboard to provide a one-stop-shop for data and project management, improving right-first-time production through rapid identification and rectification of errors. This contributes to 50-60% improvements across the project, in the form of quality improvements and reduced rework costs.
