Chennai, India, 23 September 2022 – Expleo, a global technology, engineering, and consulting service provider, has been named a “Wellness Hero” by People Matters and MediBudyy at TechHR – Asia’s largest WorkTech event, held at the Leela Ambience, Gurgaon. The award recognised the emphasis Expleo places on employee well-being through the creation of meaningful wellness programmes.
The People Matters and MediBuddy’s “Wellness Hero Recognition” is given to organisations delivering superior employee experience, including designing engaging well-being programmes offered over virtual platforms. This win accentuates Expleo’s employee-centric culture and efforts to define wellness, including physical, mental, and social well-being. Of 60 participants, 11 companies, including Expleo, were shortlisted for this distinguished award.
With programmes as diverse as a “gift a leave” policy, counselling & stress control, peer support groups, self-help tools, vaccination drives, and yoga for well-being, Expleo goes the extra mile to ensure the well-being of employees and their families.
