With their legacy POS system nearing end-of-life, a crucial deadline and failure to meet the ERP integration timeline could have led to severe consequences, including stock mismatches, failed transactions, and significant revenue loss across hundreds of stores.<\/p>

The project presented a dynamic environment involving collaboration with multiple third-party vendors, remote teams across various time zones, and the added pressure of maintaining smooth operations throughout.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To enhance communication and collaboration, we established daily check-ins with key stakeholders, breaking down silos and bridging the gap between IT and business teams.<\/p>
