more than 100 stores while maintaining transaction continuity, stock accuracy and smooth day-to-day store operations. teams working across different time zones, making coordination and delivery more ERP modules and connected systems<\/li><li><strong>POS testing<\/strong> covering barcode scanning, pricing, payments and transaction processing<\/li><li><strong>Regression testing<\/strong> to ensure changes did not affect existing functionality<\/li><li><strong>User acceptance testing (UAT) support<\/strong> to validate the solution against operational requirements<\/li><li><strong>Deployment readiness testing<\/strong> to assess whether the solution was stable and ready for rollout<\/li><\/ul><p>Senior QA engineers with retail expertise were embedded in the programme, bringing knowledge of processes ranging from shop-floor barcode scanning to back-end settlement and ERP integration.<\/p><p>Daily stakeholder check-ins helped coordinate business, IT and third-party vendors, while Expleo\u2019s virtual delivery model supported consistent testing across distributed
