With customer demand growing for faster and more personalised products, the firm recognised the urgent need to reduce costs and improve speed to market. We provided a full-service approach across all departments in the programme, including a standardised change process in the form of new frameworks for data, testing and process implementation.<\/p><p>Managing the change process was likewise a critical task. With 19 simultaneous projects, easy collaboration with the client teams and general contractor proved central to rapid delivery.
