It\u2019s no longer a question of whether they\u2019re coming or what capabilities matter most, because they\u2019re already here. The next challenge is to deliver operational confidence through readiness and resilience that\u2019s built in from day one.<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u201cSuccess depends on people, data and platforms being integrated as part of a single, operational system. When that alignment is missing, it results in friction at the point of deployment. It also leads to reduced interoperability, slower command decisions and greater vulnerability across the mission and support chain.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p><span class=\"gg-bold-text\">Taylor added:<\/span><em> We\u2019re seeing a growing realisation that the transition to a hybrid Navy will be judged not by how many autonomous systems can be trialled, procured or\u00a0launched, but by whether it can be sustained as part of a fleet that offers maximum operational advantage.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p><p><span class=\"gg-bold-text\">The Combined Naval Event 2026 takes place from 19-21 May at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.
