Paris<\/span>,<\/span> France<\/span> 1 September <\/span>2022 \u2013<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Expleo<\/span>, the global engineering, technology and consulting service provider, announces it has purchased the remaining 85% of shares to complete the full acquisition of quality assurance (QA) and quality engineering (QE) provider, SQS Portugal.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

SQS Portugal is a long-term partner of <\/span>Expleo<\/span> with over 50 employees providing expert QA services to clients in Portugal and worldwide. It specialises in IT consulting services for customers, particularly in the BFSI and telco sectors, with an emphasis on in-demand digital capabilities such as DevOps, software development and automation.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

As per the terms of the deal, SQS Portugal and its <\/span>em<\/span>ployees<\/span> will be integrated into <\/span>Expleo<\/span>, reporting to its Iberia team. The addition of SQS Portugal\u2019s experts into <\/span>Expleo<\/span> will provide it with a nearshore delivery centre in Portugal <\/span>and also<\/span> deliver critical scale for strategic growth in the region, particularly in the automotive and BFSI industries.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>
