Developing and designing the systems of everything from driverless cars to nanosatellites is a career many would be envious of but where you do that work and with whom can turn a good job into a great career. I had a few years of experience under my belt in various engineering roles with good companies following the completion of my PhD, but it felt like the time to take the next step in my career, to kick on. In those four years, I\u2019ve had the privilege to work on amazing projects with great teams. I\u2019ve progressed my career and expanded my skills too.
