Chennai, India, 26 April 2023 – <\/strong>Expleo announces the merger of its Indian businesses – Expleo India Infosystems Private Limited, Expleo Technologies India Private Limited, Expleo Engineering India Private Limited and Silver Software Development Centre Private Limited with Expleo Solutions Limited. The merger scheme initially approved by the shareholders is now sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal in India.<\/span><\/p>

Expleo\u00a0Solutions Limited<\/a> is a publicly listed company on the BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), and its registered office is in\u00a0Chennai. The Company has a more than 25-year track record of successful business\u00a0operations worldwide. Expleo Solutions Limited<\/a> is part of the Expleo Group, a\u00a0global engineering, technology and consulting service provider that partners\u00a0with leading organisations to guide them through their business transformation,\u00a0helping them achieve operational excellence and future-proof their businesses.<\/p>

The consolidation of four entities with Expleo Solutions Limited<\/a> supports the company in simplifying the corporate structure in India and augmented access to capital\u00a0to support further business expansion and value generation for clients and\u00a0shareholders. While the terms of employment in India remain unchanged and\u00a0unaffected, the merger will provide additional opportunities for staff and the ability\u00a0to attract better talent and scale to support the growth across the banking,\u00a0financial services, insurance, automotive, aerospace and other businesses in\u00a0the coming years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
