Toulouse, 3 June 2021<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 As the aeronautics ecosystem actively prepares for its post-Covid recovery, Aerotec Concept, a subsidiary of the Expleo Group, and Tarmac Aerosave, a subsidiary of Airbus Group, Safran Aircraft Engines and SUEZ, have entered into a partnership agreement that will enable them to offer their customers a comprehensive range of services covering the entire lifecycle of aircraft and aeronautics equipment, both civil and military.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The announcement of this non-exclusive partnership marks the coming together of two pre-eminent players in the French aeronautical sector: Tarmac Aerosave, Europe\u2019s largest aircraft storage and transition centre and world leader in the maintenance and green recycling of aircraft and engines, and Aerotec Concept, aeronautical maintenance and production company and partner of the world\u2019s major operators, manufacturers and equipment suppliers, with recognised expertise in the after-sales sector.<\/p>

By combining their skills, Expleo, Aerotec Concept and Tarmac Aerosave will be able to offer an integrated range of services, from the design of aircraft and aeronautical equipment to their dismantling and recycling, including their manufacture, maintenance, modification and compliance. In addition to the ability to work on all types of civil and military aircraft, this partnership provides Aerotec Concept and Tarmac Aerosave with comprehensive expertise in aeronautical certification, both in France (DOA, POA, MOA, CAMO, EMAR) and internationally, particularly in the Africa-Middle East region. This expertise is critical in the transition and return to service of aircraft after a long period of storage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Present alongside all the players in the industry \u2013 manufacturers, equipment suppliers, airlines, public players, etc. \u2013 Aerotec Concept and Tarmac Aerosave intend to rely on the industrial ecosystem to support the post-covid recovery of the aeronautics industry. The aim is to accelerate the return to service of the hundreds of aircraft currently stored and maintained in flight condition and to support the players in the aeronautics industry in the face of the challenges of the sector\u2019s transition.<\/p>

About Tarmac Aerosave<\/strong>
Established in 2007 in Tarbes (France), in 2013 in Teruel (Spain) and in 2017 in Toulouse-Francazal (France), TARMAC Aerosave offers the largest aircraft and engine storage capacity in Europe, backed by expertise in maintenance, transition and recycling. The three sites can accommodate up to 280 aircraft and the maintenance activity covers the main commercial platforms (Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier, Embraer). A dedicated engine workshop also handles the storage, maintenance and dismantling of CFM56 engines.<\/p>
