Zo\u00e9 has held various strategic and operational roles for multinational organisations, including General Electric (GE) and Kering, where she led HR operations transformation globally. She joined Expleo in January 2021 during which time she served as the Group Head of HR Transformation.<\/p>

Zo\u00e9 holds a Master\u2019s degree in Management Sciences and Corporate Finance from Paris Dauphine University. She began her career with Red Herring (formerly DASAR), a consulting company, developing international conferencing for IT companies.<\/p>

In 1994, she joined REL Consultancy Group where she supported change management, pilot reorganisation and project management programmes for clients across the retail, telco and transport industries.<\/p>

Zo\u00e9 moved to General Electric in 2001 where she spent 17 years in total, across various HR and management roles. Starting in its healthcare division as Quality Project Manager, she progressed to Director of HR Shared Service Centres in 2013.<\/p>

Most recently, before joining Expleo, she served as Head of Global HR Operations for the luxury group, Kering. In this role, she led a 110-strong team across 13 shared services centres worldwide as she transformed the HR function for the group. This included the definition of a standardised global model, the adaptation of HR tools, and improvement of employee experience.<\/p>

Zo\u00e9 is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
