Paris, 15 February 2021<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Expleo\u2019s Supervisory Board announces the appointment of Florence Bigot as Expleo\u2019s new Group General Secretary, Group General Counsel and member of the Executive Board, effective today. She replaces Nathalie Gicquel who is pursuing opportunities outside of the Group.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Florence brings a wealth of international legal and technology experience. She held many key leadership roles and has a strong expertise driving transformation initiatives across major global organisations including Capgemini, Infosys and Logica.<\/p>

Florence Bigot holds a Master degree in International Business Law from Fran\u00e7ois Rabelais University of Tours. She began her career as Legal Counsel in the broadcast industry with Thomson Broadcast Systems before transitioning to the financial and factoring services industry with Atradius.<\/p>

In 2004, she joined Logica France as Head of Legal Affairs & Commercial Manager where she managed the commercial and legal operations in France, with a focus on major deals up to \u20ac200M in value, and was responsible for establishing the legal position in UNILOG.<\/p>

Following Logica, Florence joined Infosys in 2010 as its Head of Legal for France where she was instrumental in the establishment and implementation of legal strategies for the organization in France, particularly concerning IPR, patents and licensing. In 2013, Florence joined Capgemini as General Counsel, Ethics & Compliance Office covering France and Morocco where she led the transformation of the legal department as a key strategic partner within the organization and managed the business\u2019 compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
