Paris, 10 February 2021<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Expleo\u2019s Supervisory Board today announces the appointment of Jean-Luc Givone as Expleo\u2019s new Group CFO and member of the Executive board, effective today. He replaces Florent Perdriau, who has decided to pursue other career opportunities outside the Group.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jean-Luc drove several finance transformation initiatives, implemented with success new P&L management as well as optimising cash-flow in large international companies like DXC Technology, Cisco Systems, Cimad and IBM.<\/p>

Jean-Luc Givone holds a Master with Honors from Paris Dauphine University. He started his career at IBM where he held several finance roles. After 10 years, he joined the IT services company Cimad where he was instrumental in building a best-in class finance, HR, and IT departments and in supporting the very fast-growth of the company.<\/p>

Jean-luc joined Cisco in 2001, and spent 13 years in several global positions: Finance Controller, Senior Finance Controler, Executive Director of Finance and Executive Director of Finance Transformation and Strategy.<\/p>

After Cisco, Jean-Luc held the role of Southern Europe CFO for CSC. For 4 years, he was instrumental in managing the turnaround of the region, reinforcing the financial teams, developing their business impact, and transforming the company from a country to a Business Unit operating model within a matrix organisation while supporting the development of its offshore activities. In 2017, the company merged with the Enterprise Services line of business of HP Enterprise to create DXC Technology where Jean-Luc was promoted CFO for the newly created Southern Europe region. He focused his efforts on delivering the expected synergies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
