This involves digitising and structuring information, such as a text-based letter or phone call. This is already possible with Large Language Models (LLM), with good results. The technology is also suitable for direct interaction with customers. An avatar can extract and structure information from a consultation, which in turn forms the basis for further processes. Until now, RPA bots have been rule-based. In the future, more powerful AI models could be used to make fuzzy decisions \u2013 decisions that do not fit neatly into a yes-no scheme but depend on other factors. Of course, many processes can be 100% automated. But the cost is too high. There will always be exceptions. If I implement a solution for every exception, the automation effort will be disproportionate to the efficiency gain. A level of automation of around 80% makes more sense. This allows you to automate standard cases and <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW59558196 BCX8\">time<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW59558196 BCX8\">consuming<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW59558196 BCX8\"> data entry. People are then only involved in more complex decisions and can focus on <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW59558196 BCX8\">value<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW59558196 BCX8\">adding<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW59558196 BCX8\"> activities rather than routine tasks or data<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW59558196 BCX8\">entry. With AI and RPA, it is possible to reduce the workload and improve the nature of the work.
