\u00e0 accompagner leurs \u00e9quipes dans la transition.<\/li><li><strong>Les collaborateurs :<\/strong> en leur expliquant les enjeux du changement, en les impliquant dans le processus et en leur fournissant le soutien n\u00e9cessaire pour s&#8217;adapter aux nouvelles pratiques.<\/li><\/ul><p>L&#8217;\u00e9coute attentive du m\u00e9tier et la cr\u00e9ation de persona ont permis de r\u00e9aliser une analyse d&#8217;impact pr\u00e9cise et de construire une strat\u00e9gie de conduite du changement en trois volets : <strong>communication, formation et support.<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s avoir pos\u00e9 ces bases solides, \u00a0les diff\u00e9rents plans en tenant compte des r\u00e9sistances.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une communication transparente et des \u00e9changes constructifs, les sponsors et les parties prenantes au sein de l\u2019organisation du constructeur automobile se sont impliqu\u00e9s activement dans le projet, facilitant ainsi la conduite du changement.<\/p><p>Pour conclure, Expleo a formul\u00e9 des recommandations concr\u00e8tes, <strong>s&#8217;appuyant sur une analyse d&#8217;impact approfondie et une cartographie pr\u00e9cise des personas,<\/strong> afin
