A cette altitude, la courbure de la terre est parfaitement visible et l\u2019horizon porte de Barcelone \u00e0 Amsterdam pour un vol d\u00e9collant du centre de la France.<\/p><p>L\u2019habitacle, compos\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux <strong>biosourc\u00e9s, recycl\u00e9s ou recyclables<\/strong>, sera capable, avec sa forme a\u00e9rodynamique aux lignes \u00e0 la fois tendues et courbes, de voler sous voile \u00e0 des vitesses allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 140 km\/h.<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif d\u2019atteindre une <strong>empreinte carbone nulle<\/strong> a conduit au choix d\u2019un ballon utilisant de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 produit sur le site de d\u00e9collage avec production locale d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable.<\/p><p>La descente sur terre s\u2019effectue sous une aile pilot\u00e9e de type parapente.<\/p><p>Le programme est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec plusieurs partenaires europ\u00e9ens dont Swing pour les parachutes et Spartan Space pour la combinaison pressuris\u00e9e.<\/p><p><strong>Arnaud Longobardi, pilote de ligne et co-fondateur du programme,<\/strong> d\u00e9clare :<em>\u00ab Stratoflight est un vol qui fait vivre plusieurs exp\u00e9riences exceptionnelles : l\u2019ascension, proche du vol en ballon, la sortie sur le balcon, proche de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019un astronaute, et l\u2019atterrissage, similaire \u00e0 du vol libre en parapente ; tout cela dans une capsule semblable \u00e0 un vaisseau spatial. Cette mission est pour moi l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un r\u00eave de pilote mais aussi une innovation technologique dans le respect de la plan\u00e8te \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Rendre l\u2019espace accessible \u00e0 tous, tout en respectant l\u2019environnement, est au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations chez Expleo. Nos \u00e9quipes d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs spatiaux ont donc con\u00e7ut cette capsule avec ce double objectif en t\u00eate. Et nous comptons aller plus loin. Aujourd\u2019hui nous \u00e9tudions la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser la capsule avec de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux composites verts \u00e0 base de<b>\u00a0<\/b>bambou, ce qui permettrait encore de r\u00e9duire son empreinte carbone.
