Ce choix strat\u00e9gique r\u00e9pondait aux nouvelles attentes du march\u00e9 o\u00f9 ing\u00e9nierie et savoir-faire logiciels vont d\u00e9sormais de pair.<\/p><p>Avec la nomination de Rajesh Krishnamurthy comme pr\u00e9sident du directoire, Expleo acc\u00e9l\u00e8re son plan de transformation avec pour priorit\u00e9 la digitalisation accrue de ses services et le renforcement de son offre d\u2019accompagnement internationale.<\/p><p><strong>Le conseil de surveillance d\u2019Expleo d\u00e9clare :<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>Le conseil souhaite remercier chaleureusement Olivier Aldrin pour son engagement remarquable depuis trois ans et sa contribution \u00e0 la croissance du groupe qui compte aujourd\u2019hui 15 000 experts reconnus, dans 30 pays. Fran\u00e7ais d\u2019origine indienne, il vit \u00e0 Paris depuis 2003<\/p><p>Rajesh a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en 1992 chez Infosys, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 internationale de conseil et services informatiques. Identifi\u00e9 comme collaborateur \u00e0 haut potentiel, il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central dans le succ\u00e8s et la croissance d\u2019Infosys au fil des ann\u00e9es, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 diriger l\u2019une des quatre divisions du groupe, en charge des secteurs de l\u2019\u00c9nergie, des Utilities et des T\u00e9l\u00e9coms, dans les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie, de la qualit\u00e9 et du conseil. Il a \u00e9galement assum\u00e9 des fonctions de direction pour la r\u00e9gion Europe et Infosys Global Consulting.<\/p><p>Depuis 2018, Rajesh \u00e9tait Directeur Central Ex\u00e9cutif IT &amp; Transformations au sein de CGA CGM, leader fran\u00e7ais du transport maritime et de la logistique. Sa mission : piloter la politique de changement organisationnel qui a conduit \u00e0 la transformation digitale du groupe et \u00e0 identifier de nouveaux leviers de croissance.
