Dix ans plus tard, il rejoint la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de services informatiques Cimad, o\u00f9 il joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la mise en place des services de Finance, Ressources Humaines et Informatique, tout en soutenant la croissance fulgurante de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p>En 2001, Jean-Luc\u00a0<strong>Givone<\/strong>\u00a0rejoint Cisco, o\u00f9 il occupe pendant treize ans plusieurs r\u00f4les au niveau global (Contr\u00f4leur financier, Contr\u00f4leur financier Senior, Directeur Financier et Directeur de la transformation et de la strat\u00e9gie financi\u00e8res).<\/p><p>Par la suite, au cours de ses quatre ann\u00e9es en tant que Directeur Financier pour l\u2019Europe du Sud au sein de CSC, Jean-Luc\u00a0<strong>Givone<\/strong>\u00a0contribue au redressement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise dans la r\u00e9gion, au renforcement des \u00e9quipes financi\u00e8res et au d\u00e9veloppement de leur impact commercial. Il a \u00e9galement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la transformation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, pass\u00e9e d\u2019une structure nationale \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel fond\u00e9 sur des Business Units au sein d\u2019une organisation matricielle, tout en soutenant le d\u00e9veloppement de ses activit\u00e9s offshore. En 2017, CSC fusionne avec la division \u00ab Entreprise Services \u00bb de Hewlett Packard Entreprise, cr\u00e9ant ainsi DXC Technology. Jean-Luc\u00a0<strong>Givone<\/strong>\u00a0est alors promu Directeur Financier de la nouvelle r\u00e9gion Europe du Sud avec pour feuille de route la r\u00e9alisation des synergies
