Paris, France 18 June 2025 – Expleo, a global leader in engineering, technology and consulting services, has been selected by Airbus, one of the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers, to help accelerate the delivery pace of its aircraft through the provision of ‘Customer Acceptance Management’ services. This deal comes at a time when Airbus holds an order book of 8,726 aircrafts, as of March 2025.
Through the new contract with Airbus, Expleo will support the teams responsible for interfacing with airlines and the production facilities throughout the manufacturing process, particularly at major milestones for aircraft on the final assembly line.
These services sit at the crossroads between industrial production and aircraft customisation by Airbus customer airlines and will support the aircraft delivery process throughout the assembly phase.
The contract runs for multiple years and will primarily focus on the A330 and A350 widebody aircraft.
Alexandre Willemont, SVP & Airbus Global Account Manager, Expleo, said: “Expleo has over 30 years of experience in engineering and technology applied to aerospace, particularly in quality inspection. Our teams will be taking on a new challenge by assisting Airbus throughout the assembly process, working alongside the manufacturer to ensure that it is always at the forefront of its assembly lines and can produce the aircrafts ordered on time and with the expected quality and safety conditions.”
