Bremen, Germany 17 November 2025 – Expleo, in collaboration with Connektica, NANOWAVE Technologies, and Rohde & Schwarz, will showcase a next-generation satellite payload test bench demonstrator at Space Tech Expo Europe 2025.
The new solution targeting space and NewSpace OEMs, as well as companies looking to capitalise on the benefits of space data in their operations, will be hosted on the Expleo booth at Europe’s premier space industry event, stand A38 in Hall 4.
Built specifically for the event, the custom-designed Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) test bench integrates advanced RF instrumentation to simulate and analyse satellite payload performance under realistic conditions. The solution is engineered to accelerate development cycles, reduce errors, and scale validation across R&D, manufacturing, and maintenance environments.
The new test bench is the result of the collective know-how of the four companies. Expleo’s systems engineering, AIT (assembly, integration and testing), and RF payload expertise, proven in numerous successful nanosatellite launches, have been combined with Connektica’s aerospace-grade MES platform for AIT automation, NANOWAVE Technologies’ high-reliability RF subsystems with over 6,500 transmit/receive modules, and precision test and measurement instrumentation aligned to EN9100 standards from Rohde & Schwarz.
