Paris, France, 24 February 2026 – Expleo today announces the appointment of Ana Esteves as Group Chief of Staff & Transformation, and member of the Group Executive Committee.
In this role, Ana will drive enterprise-wide transformation, reinforce governance and execution discipline, and accelerate performance across global business units. She will strengthen operating leverage, enhance cross-functional integration and embed AI-enabled performance models to support scalable and sustainable growth. Ana’s focus will be on aligning strategic priorities with disciplined execution and ensuring resources are deployed to strengthen client competitiveness and long-term value.
Ana brings 20 years of international experience leading complex transformation, operating model redesign and performance enhancement initiatives in global organisations including Vale, Capgemini and Thales. She has operated at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and governance, supporting executive teams and Boards in high-growth and high-intensity environments to translate strategic ambition into measurable and sustainable value creation.
Ana holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management & Business from Harvard University and a Master’s in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London.
