Chennai, India, 20 October 2022 – Expleo, a global technology, engineering, and consulting service provider, won the Best Talent Development Program award in the Diversity & Inclusion category at the 2nd edition of the L&D World Summit and Awards 2022. The recognition affirms Expleo’s commitment to supporting the organisation’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) goals through dedicated Learning & Development programmes.

The award is given to organisations that offer special talent development programmes to people with disabilities. Amongst 100+ nominations received for the stated category, Expleo emerged as the winner. This recognition emphasises Expleo’s focus on equality and creating an inclusive, accessible, barrier-free culture that promotes inclusion in the workplace.

Expleo goes above and beyond to nurture talents to thrive. In 2022, Expleo onboarded eight UI, UX and Data enthusiasts with disabilities. To support their career aspirations, Expleo designed various customised programmes, such as disability awareness, mentor identification, and skills benchmarking and even set a conducive physical and IT infrastructure.
