The solution
Expleo partnered with Bord Gáis Energy to design and deliver an RPA-led automation programme. The solution combined Automation Anywhere with Microsoft technologies including Power BI and Azure, supported by strong governance, structured process prioritisation, and the creation of a Process Automation Centre of Excellence. Modular, reusable components enabled scalable and parallel delivery.

More than 60 processes have been automated across the organisation, delivering €1M+ in cost savings and significantly reducing manual processing time. The programme introduced improved accuracy, consistency, and transparency across critical business operations.
