Our client provides innovative solutions to help European life insurance companies make the most of their capital while managing risks. 

They needed help with their migration of a large acquisition to a unified S/4HANA system that served their whole organisation. 

Our Governance programme provided a clear itinerary for this complicated journey at a critical time in the company’s growth, delivering a seamless implementation on-time and on-budget.  

With our sights set on future success, our approach included a re-usable framework to continuously migrate acquisitions to our client’s version of SAP, incorporating SAP best practice implementation methodology for seamless transitions.  

We also managed a separate SAP application for reporting and consolidation alongside the main project.  

Through streamlined processes and adaptability for future growth, we made sure our client’s journey to S/4HANA was a confident and successful one.

With teams spanning four countries, our client’s journey needed strong collaboration and a streamlined solution. By embracing remote-working culture and contingency planning, we ensured adaptability. And, by consolidating their systems into one SAP instance, we increased efficiency and S/4HANA functionality. 

Solution: The company lacked well-established and standardised practices across its operations. We created robust processes for change management, change requests, and deployment management, ensuring smooth operations and better adaptability.

Solution : We established strong collaboration for stakeholder management and communication processes, including continuous feedback to senior management, to bridge geographical gaps and foster teamwork.

Solution : We efficiently handled workstreams to ensure successful delivery and seamless coordination among different elements of the project. 

Solution : We implemented testing based on the impact analysis of business processes using SAP Activate methodology, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 

Solution : We developed a comprehensive migration strategy, procedure documents, and project plan to ensure a smooth transition during critical phases.
