In a significant strategic decision, our client The Creative Club, an e-commerce company established 20 years ago and a leader in the Do-It-Yourself segment, replaced its long-standing Intershop web shop and introduced the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) as its new e-commerce platform. The online company offers more than 22,000 physical DIY products and over 64,000 digital patterns and e-books on 15 online platforms across Europe, such as myfabrics.co.uk and makerist.com. To ensure the performance and reliability of the newly designed web shop, comprehensive testing support became crucial to ensure a smooth transition and strengthen customer trust in the new platform.
